TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

• A security bond, payable when booking, is charged on all orders to cover risk value, refundable on the return of all goods hired.

• Risk value non negotiable.

• Identification is required on the collection of any hired goods.

• Balances of accounts to be paid in full on the day of collection by the customer, or at the time of delivery by Eternity Flower Creations.

• Cash or Direct Bank Transfer are our preferred methods of payments.

• Bond refunds will be issued after the return or pick up and checking of all hired goods by Eternity Flower Creations.

• Check all goods for correct number and condition prior to the goods leaving the premises or at time of delivery.

• Inform staff of any discrepancy.

• Eternity Flower Creations accepts no responsibility unless notified within 24.

• Prices are for a single hire only, unless notified.

• Reduced rates apply for extended hire - P.O.A.

• No warranty is offered as to suitability for original use and no responsibility accepted for consequential loss to person or property.

• Equipment and hire charges are inclusive of GST.

• Prices subject to change without notice.

ADDITIONAL FEES

• The customer is responsible for the goods hired, from the time of their leaving the premises until their return.

• All breakage's, losses and damage to arrangements will incur additional costs.

• Daily rate will be charged on all items returned after the specified return date

• 50% Cancellation Fee will apply if cancellation is without suitable notice
